Using this site
By using lemerydesigns.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Orders + pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are calculated at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. If we make a pricing or availability error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Made to order
Most items are produced after you order. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Cancellation, return and refund rules are on the Shipping & Returns page and form part of these terms.
Safety + proper use
Parts for children's bikes must be installed and inspected by an adult. Check that all fasteners are tight before every ride and re-check regularly. These are bike parts, not toys, and are not a substitute for supervision. Do not use a part that is cracked, damaged or loose. We make no claim of children's-product testing or certification. You are responsible for using our products as intended and for checking they suit your bike.
No affiliation
Lemery Designs is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by STACYC or any bike manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners.
Custom work
Custom projects are quoted and agreed with you first. Custom items are final sale once production starts, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Our content
The designs, photos, text and logos on this site belong to Lemery Designs. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to make products that are accurate and durable, but products are provided as described and we cannot control how they are installed or used. To the fullest extent the law allows, Lemery Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
