Who we are

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in credentials.
• Order details: shipping address, phone number if you give one, what you ordered, and your order history.
• Messages you send us, such as custom-work inquiries.
• Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit the site.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To take and fulfil your order, calculate tax and shipping, send order emails and receipts, answer your questions, keep our business records, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles it for us

• Stripe – payments, receipts and sales tax calculation.
• Supabase – our database for accounts and orders.
• Netlify – website hosting.
• Resend – sending order and account emails.
• Shippo and the carriers (USPS, UPS) – shipping rates, labels and delivery, using your name and address.
• Google – address suggestions while you type your address (where enabled), and our internal business records.

These providers only receive what they need to do their job and have their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to run checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and account records are kept as long as needed to support your orders and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. We may need to keep some order records for tax and legal reasons.

Children

Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
